摘  要:目的:测定软蒺藜中总黄酮的含量并优选提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定软蒺藜中总黄酮的含量,并利用正交实验设计法对影响软蒺藜提取效果的因素进行了研究。结果:测得软蒺藜中总黄酮的含量为0.44%,得到最佳醇提工艺条件是:提取温度80℃,提取时间2 h,乙醇浓度75%。结论:首次从软蒺藜中提取出总黄酮,且该方法操作简便,结果准确,实验结果令人满意。Objective: To determine and select the best process of extraction of the total flavonoid in seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica. Methods: The total flavonoid in the seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica was determined by UV and the orthogonal design was used as guide in the process of extraction of seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica. Results: The contents of total flavonoid in the seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica was 0.41 %, the optimum condition for the extraction of the total flavonoid in seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica was 100ml 75% alcohol, 2 hours for three times under temperature of 80℃. Conclusion: The total flavonoid in seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica is extracted for the first time, and the method is simple and the outcomes of the experiments are satisfactory.
