摘 要:目的:研究六味地黄汤及其拆方对阿霉素治疗小鼠试验性肝癌的影响。方法:将六味地黄汤分为全方、三补方和三泄方,采用小鼠肝癌H22移植实体型及腹水型模型观察其对阿霉素治疗小鼠试验性肝癌疗效的影响,同时通过检测肝癌小鼠的骨髓细胞数及外周血细胞数、碳粒廓清、迟发型变态反应、血清凝集素和IL-2及IF-γ水平考察其毒性。结果:六味地黄汤全方对阿霉素治疗小鼠肝癌实体性及腹水型均有协同作用,可以对抗阿霉素引起的肝癌小鼠骨髓细胞数及血细胞数减少,阻止碳粒廓清、凝集素生成、迟发型变态反应能力降低、升高其血清IL-2及IF-γ水平。三补方在降低阿霉素引起的毒性方面作用类似全方,但对阿霉素无抗肿瘤增效作用;三泄方对阿霉素的抗肿瘤增效作用类似全方,但在降低阿霉素引起的毒性方面作用不明显。结论:六味地黄汤对阿霉素治疗小鼠试验性肝癌有增效减毒作用,全方组分有协调作用。Objective: To study effects of liuwei Dihuang decoction and its decomposed recipes on treatment of doxorubicin for murine experimental hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Liuwei Dihuang decoction was divided into complete recipe ( CR), three tonic recipe ( TTR), three purgative recipe (TPR), their effects on treatment of doxorubicin for murine experimental hepatocellular carcinoma were tested using transplanted solid and ascetic H22 hepatoma model, meanwhile, the toxicity caused by doxorubicin was examined by marrow cells and peripheral blood cells counting, clearance rate of charcoal particles, delayed type hypersensitivity, serum content of agglutinin and IL-2 as well as IF γ. Results: CR had a synergistic antitumor activity with doxorubicin in both solid and ascitic tumor models, meanwhile, it protected hepatoma mice treated with doxorubicin against decreasing in marrow cell and peripheral blood cell counts, clearance rate of charcoal particles, delayed type hypersensitivity, serum content of agglutinin and IL-2 as well as IF-γ. TTR had the same activation as CA in decreasing toxicity caused hy doxorubicin, but it had no synergistic antitumor activity with doxorubicin in both solid and ascitic tumor models. TPR had the same activation as CA in synergistic antitumor activity with doxorubic, while it had no effect on toxicity caused by doxorubicin. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang decoction can enhance therapeutic potential and decreases toxicity on treatment of doxorubicin for urine experimental hepatocetlular carcinoma, and its components can cooperate in therapeutic action.
