2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤的基本情况及护理重点

摘　　要：探讨2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤的护理重点。调查2型糖尿病患者的基本情况，分析糖尿病患者中恶性肿瘤的患病率、分布情况和临床特点。2型糖尿病患者恶性肿瘤患病率较高（9．18％），男性糖尿病患者恶性肿瘤首位为肺癌（2．15％），女性糖尿病患者肿瘤首位为子宫内膜癌（1．06％）。2型糖尿病合并肿瘤患者病死率明显较单一糖尿病患者高（P〈0．05）。提示应加强对2型糖尿病并恶性肿瘤患者的护理及临终关怀。Objective To analysis the clinical characteristic and explore the nursing emphasis of type 2 diabetes （T2DM） complicated with malignancy in - patients. Methods The basic information of type 2 diabetic patients were investigated during 2003 - 2007, who were divided into 2 groups basis on suffering from malignant tumor or not. Malignancy constituent ratio, gender composition, age structure and blood pressure were compared between two groups. The prevalence and the distribution of tumor were analyzed, furthermore, the nursing emphasis were summarized. Results The prevalence of malignancy among T2DM were increased （9. 18%, 293/3193; lh 84% in male and 7. 75% in female ）, moreover, there was a higher case fatality rate in the patients with malignant tumor. Lung cancer take the first place in prevalence of malignant in male and endometrial cancer in female. Conclusions There is a significant increase case fatality rate in T2DM complicated with malignant tumor, which highlight the importance of nursing and hospice care in type 2 diabetic patients complicated with malignancy.
