摘  要:通过三唑磷对中华乌塘鳢(Bostrichthys sinensis)乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的毒性效应研究,以探讨利用该研究结果准确评价有机磷农药渔业事故中有机磷农药浓度的可行性。结果如下:(1)24和48h暴露条件下各浓度组酶活抑制率与浓度的线性关系,在较低浓度范围内(1~15μg/L),浓度与酶活抑制率存在良好的线性关系,24和48h条件下的相关系数(r^2值)分别为0.96和0.97。(2)在冷冻(-20℃)保存条件下,0、12、24、36和48h时的酶活之间无明显差异(P〈0.05),说明在48h内,在冷冻条件下保存的试验鱼的AChE酶活将保持不变。(3)采用10μg/L浓度组暴露24h后的致死鱼与活体鱼的AChE活性比较表明,活体与致死个体之间的AChE活性之间无显著差异(P〈0.05)。The feasibility of detection of triazophos in fishery pollution accident was studied, according to the research results of toxicity of Chinese ocellated gudgeon acetylcholinesterase( AChE ). It the experiments, fish were exposed in triazophos. ( 1 ) after 24 and 24 h exposure in Triazophos, the AChE inhibiton were linear over the 1 to15 μg/L concentration range, and the correlation coefficients (r^2) were 0. 96 and 0.97, respectively. (2)After the experiments, the fish were stored at -20℃ for 0 - 48 h (0, 12, 24, 36, 48 h, five groups) , the AChE activity in the experimental fish 0didn' t showed the significant difference among five groups (p 〉 0.05 ). (3) After the experiments, the fish were exposed to 10 μg/L triazophos for 24 h, there was no significant difference between AChE activity in llve and in dead.
