摘  要:目的调查大理学院荷花校区2006级新生乙型肝炎病毒血清标志5项指标及基因型和亚型。方法以荷花校区2006级1373名新生为对象,用ELISA法测定HBV血清标志物,并采用基因型特异性引物PCR法和巢式聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(nested PCR-RFLP)分析HBV基因型和亚型。结果HBsAg阳性感染者54例,阳性率为3.93%(54/1373);感染模式以大三阳(HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb阳性)和小三阳(HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性)为主,阳性率分别为53.70%(29/54)和35.19%(19/54)。54例HBV感染者血清HBV分出基因型29例,其中B基因型22例,B+C混合型7例。nested PCR-RFLP检测,共有25份标本HBV基因亚型分型阳性,阳性率为86.20%,其中B基因型19例,全部为Ba亚型;B+C混合型6例,全部为Ba+Cs亚型。结论大理学院荷花校区2006级新生HBV感染基因型为B型和B+C混合型,以Ba和Ba+Cs亚型为主要流行株。Objective To determine the 5 indexes of HBV serum marker and the infection of HBV genotypes and subgenotypes among the freshmen class of 2006 at Dali University. Methods I 373 serum samples were collected from the freshmen class of 2006. HBV genotypes and subgenotypes were determined by genotype-specific primers and PCR- RLFP, respectively. The HBV serum markers, including HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb, were tested with ELISA. Results The detection of HBV serum marker indicated that 54 serum samples were HBsAg positive. The positive rates of HBsAg were 3.93%. infection model of HBV primarily included HBsAg+HBeAg+HBcAb and HBsAg + HBeAb+HBcAb, which separately amounted to 53.70 % and 35.19 %. Among 54 HBV infection serum samples, genotypes of 29 serum samples were determined by genotype-specific primers PCR, the proportions of genotype B and B+C were 22 samples and 7 samples respectively, araong which the subgenotype of 25 samples could be determined by RLFP and the positive rate is 86.20%. All 19 samples of genotype B strains belonged to subgenotype Ba. However, the subgenotype Bj was not founded, all 6 samples of genotype B+C strains belonged to subgenotype Ba+Cs. Conclusion The positive rate of HBsAg (3.93%) is obviously lower than that of the national level (9.09%), the positive rate among males (6.14%) is significantly higher than that of females (2.44%), and the statistical difference was significant (P〈0.05). Genotype B and mixed genotype (B+C) existed among the freshmen class of 2006 in the Hehua school district of Dali University, the genotype B accounted for a high proportion. Subgenotype Ba and Ba+Cs were predominant strains.
