市售莪术挥发油提取率的比较及其莪术醇含量测定

摘　　要：目的测定莪术中挥发油的提取率及莪术醇的含量。方法本文以水蒸汽蒸馏法对5批市售莪术中所含的挥发油提取率进行了比较，并采用紫外分光光度法在波长510nm处对其主要活性成分莪术醇进行了含量测定。结果平均提油率0．5612％，莪术醇的含量分别为2．58％、2．56％、2．05％、1．93％、1．01％，与国家最低标准比较具有统计学意义。结论5批市售莪术挥发油的提取率均低于药典规定标准；且每批挥发油的莪术醇含量差异很大，均低于国家药典规定的最低标准。Objective To measure the rate of essential oil extraction in the Zedoary and its concentrations. Method We have contrasted the extraction ratio of different Zedoary Essential by distillation and measured the contents of the Cnreumol which is a main elements by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results Five different Zedoary Essential oil average extraction ratio is 0. 5612% ,the concentration of Curcumol is 2.58% ,2.56% ,2.05% ,1.93% and 1.01% respectively. Contrasting them with the state minimum standard has the notable statistical significance. Conclution All cheching Zedoary Essential oil extraction ratios is under the state pharmacopoeia standard and every Curcumol content of different Essential oils has notable the difference, it is under the state minimum criterion yet.
