摘  要:目的 分析我院耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)临床分布及耐消毒剂基因qacA检测情况,为合理使用消毒剂、减少院内感染提供依据。方法收集2007年1月-2008年6月分离自河北医科大学第一医院住院患者的blRSA45株,采用PCR方法对其耐消毒剂基因qacA进行检测。结果45株MRSA中18株(40%)检出qacA基因,其中呼吸内科、烧伤科标本检出率较高,分别为13%、16%。结论我院呼吸内科和烧伤科等科室MRSA分离率及qacA基因阳性率较高,此为常用消毒剂耐药的主要机制;临床应根据患者标本qacA检测情况合理选用消毒剂。Objective To analyze the clinical popularity of metheciUin resistant staphy locccus aurens(MRSA) and detection of disinfectant-resistant gene qacA in our hospital,so as to provide evidence to guide the clinical rational use of disinfectants and decrease the hospital infection. Methods 45 strains of MRSA were collected from patients in the Frist Hospital of Heibei Medical University during January 2007 to July 2008 ,and the gene qacA were determined by PCR. Resuits The expression of gene qacA was detected in 18 strains of MRSA (40%). The detection rate of respiration department and empyrosis department were much higher ,accounting 13% and 16%. Conclusions Separation rate of MRSA and positive rate of gene qacA are high in respiration department and empyrosis department,which maybe the primary mechanisms for disinfectant resistance. We should select rational disinfectant according the detection of gene qacA.
