摘 要:应用顺序选择法、独立淘汰法、主成分遗传距离分析、选择指数法和综合评分法等4种多性状选择方法进行尾叶桉无性系选择,结果表明多性状选择方法均有利弊。综合来看,多性状选择指数可选择出综合性状好的无性系,是评选生长、形质和材性兼优的尾叶桉无性系的理想方法。应用选择指数法进行多性状综合选择,构建了42个尾叶桉无性系的选择指数方程式,以大于选择指数平均值加上一个选择指数标准差为标准,有6个无性系入选,入选率为14.286%。Five muhi-characters selection methods including tandem selection method , independent culling method ,principal component genetic distance analysis, select index and method of point rating were applied for E. urophylla clones seclection. As a result, each multi-characters selection method has its advantages and disadvantages. In general, multi-characters select index could select compositive characters clones and become the better method for evaluating E. urophylla clones which play good performance in growth, form quality and wood quality characters. The equations of 42 E. urophylla clones were established by using select index method of multi-characters. At the same time, 6 superior clones were selected with 14. 286% selection rate by using the criterion which large than the total select index average and plus a select index standard deviation.
