摘 要:为了研究垂直绿化植物对大气污染的生理响应,以爬山虎和云南黄馨为试材,探讨了南京市大气污染对不同月份爬山虎和云南黄馨叶片中叶绿素与可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明:同一月份两种植物叶绿素含量都是绿化较好的采样点高于交通枢纽区和工业区。两种植物可溶性糖与叶绿素呈相反的变化趋势。叶绿素平均含量为云南黄馨>爬山虎成熟叶>爬山虎嫩叶;可溶性糖平均含量为云南黄馨>爬山虎嫩叶>爬山虎成熟叶,这说明两种植物对大气污染的抗性不同。研究结果可作为垂直绿化植物选择的依据。In order to assess the impact of air pollution on plants in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, Parthenocissus tricuspidata and Jasminum mesnyi were selected as test plants. Responses of plants to air pollution in terms of changes in chlorophyll and soluble sugar were measured in all growing season. The results showed that the levels of chlorophyll were found to decrease in plants around areas with heavy traffic and industrial zone in comparison to those growing at control sites. Soluble sugar and chlorophyll in plants showed the opposite trend. The average contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar were as follows : J. misnyi 〉 P. tricuspidata. The study suggested that the resistance of the two plants to air pollution is differ from each other, and the results could be used as a basis for selection of vertical greening plants.
