摘 要:应用不同施药方式和用药量进行白僵菌防治刚竹毒蛾试验,结果表明:11.25kg/hm^2、15kg/hm^2用量投放粉炮与15kg/hm^2用量喷撒菌粉均具有较好防治效果;且防治后白僵菌可在林内长期存在,对刚竹毒蛾起到一定的控制作用。从防治成本和防治效率来看,以采用机动喷雾喷粉机喷撒菌粉最佳。由于采用机械防治具有成本低、工效高、防治效果好的优点,因此综合考虑应采用15kg/hm^2用量喷撒菌粉防治刚竹毒蛾。防治时人沿着水平方向呈带状逆风行走,往下方的竹林喷撤,上下两行距离为20—25m。The various application methods and the amount of Beauveria bassiana for controlling Pantana phyllostachysae were studied in this paper. The results showed that both the application of putting powder-firecracker in a level of 11.25 kg/hm^2 or 15 kg/hm^2 and the application of spraying powder in a level of 15 kg/hm^2 had better control effects and the B. bassiana could exist a long time in the stands. From the cost and efficiency, the method spraying powder in a level 15 kg/bm^2 by the mobile sprayer duster was the best in con(rolling P. phyllostachysae. When the powder was sprayed it should be along the direction of the band and against the wind, spraying down the side of the bamboo forest at the line interval of 20 - 25 m.
