摘 要:利用DIVA-GIS软件分析了云南省421份糯稻资源的分布及品种多样性丰度。结果表明,糯稻品种的分布中心主要在滇西南地区普洱、临沧、版纳和滇东南地区文山等。利用SSR标记技术对云南糯稻品种分布中心代表性33个糯稻品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,24对SSR(简单重复序列)引物检测到151个等位基因,有效等位基因平均数为3.826 7±1.545 8,香农指数为1.472 6±0.970 0,期望杂合度的为0.702 5±0.266 3。云南仍然保存着丰富的糯稻品种资源及遗传多样性。Totally 421 glutinous rice varieties collected from Yunnan Province were used to analyze the richness of varieties and geographic distributions by DIVA-GIS. The results showed that Puer, Lincang and Xishuangbanna, the southwest of Yunnan and Wenshan, the southeast of Yunuan were the distribution centers of glutinous rice. Genetic diversity of 33 glutinous rice varieties from the distribu- tion centers were analyzed by 24 SSR (simple sequence repeat) markers. A total number of 151 al- leles were detected and the average effective allele, the shannon's index and the expected heterozygosity was 3.826 7 ± 1. 545 8, 1. 472 6 ± 0. 970 0, and 0. 702 5 ± 0. 266 3, respectively. The results showed that Yunnan Province had rich glutinous rice variety recourses and abundant genetic diversity was found in Yunnan glutinous rice.
