摘  要:近年来,在大理州局部烟区发生一种尚未明确病因的烟草褐色凹陷状的叶斑性病害,给当地烤烟生产带来较大危害。通过田间调查分析病害症状特点、发病规律及比对文献资料,开展了可能的致病因子——臭氧(O3)危害试验。经臭氧处理后的烟株出现褐色不规则凹陷状的斑点与发生在大理的一种烟草叶斑病症状相符,初步认为该叶斑病是由臭氧(O3)所致,属烟草气候性斑点病的类型之一。In recent years, a new depression-brown tobacco leaf spot disease occurred in some tobacco planting areas in Dali, and the disease caused serious loss to tobacco production. In this paper, based on the disease survey, symptoms analysis, disease rule and other reported literatures analysis O3 was tested to the tobacco plants to reveal a potential causal agent of the disease. The results indicated that the tested tobacco plants showed irregular brown spots or depression on the mature leaves, just similar with the symptoms appeared on the diseased tobacco plants in Dali. Thus it can be preliminarily concluded that O3 may be one of the agnet of this disease, and the depression-brown tobacco leaf spot disease occurred in Dali may be one of the tobacco weather fleck.
