摘  要:分离了两个芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.)菌株25-1和25-17,均对香蕉炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum musae Berk.et Curt.)有较强的拮抗作用。平板对峙培养出现明显的抑菌环;以凹玻片法,用两菌株培养滤液处理病原菌分生孢子,其孢子萌发率降低53%-69%;将细菌培养滤液和孢子悬浮液涂布于PDA平板上,则两者均能抑制香蕉炭疽病菌分生孢子的形成。普通光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察显示,两菌株均可抑制香蕉炭疽病菌菌丝生长,造成菌丝分支增多,顶端和中央膨大,随着时间的延长畸变结构增加,菌丝成念珠状或菌丝分支显著增多,且顶端细胞变形膨大聚集成簇,菌丝壁穿洞,内含物质泄漏,终使细胞崩解和消融,变成球状的空泡。Two strains of Bacillus sp. (25 -1 and 25 -17) had strong antagonistic activities against Colletotrichum musae on agar plates with an apparent inhibitory zone. The rate of conidium germination reduced by 53% -69% when the culture filtrate from these two isolates mixed with conidia solution in glass slide. The conidia formation was inhibited in the PDA agar plate with the culture filtrate and spores. Using optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope, the hyphae were revealed of growth suppression, increasing branches and swelling in the middle and/or the top treated by the two strains. The longer time the treatment, the more severe the hyphae aberration were, some of them were altered beadlike, some offset formed cluster-like structure. The hyphal wall necrosis with the cytoplasm leakage, and some of them finally became global vacuole.
