摘  要:试验采用正交设计方法,研究了石灰石粉、硅粉、粉煤灰等掺合料的掺量及水胶比对超高性能水泥基材料强度的影响,试验结果表明:抗压强度的影响因素次序为水胶比>石灰石粉掺量>粉煤灰掺量,抗压强度随着水胶比和石灰石粉掺量的降低、硅粉掺量的增加而提高;粉煤灰掺量对抗压强度的影响较小。石灰石粉的掺入对抗压强度的影响较小,在配制超高性能水泥基材料时适量的掺入石灰石粉是经济可行的。An ultra high performance cement-based composites with different mineral admixtures were prepared and influence of water/binder ratio and the content of limestone powder, silica fume, and fly ash on its compressive strength was studied by orthogonal design tests, The result shows that the order of the effective factor on compressive strength is: water/binder ratio〉limestone powder content〉fly ash content, the compressive strength increases with decreasing of water/binder ratio and content of limestone, and the content of fly ash shows little influence on it. Limestone powder has little influence on the decreasing of compressive strength. So it is economical and feasible to add limestone powder for preparing ultra high performance cement-based composites.
