摘　　要：网络融合的大趋势促使图书馆服务不断创新,基于可视通信的基础业务,扩展到多媒体视讯服务、消息管理、远程监控、泛业务应用等图书馆创新服务,分析其技术与优势,规划其泛应用平台框架,给出四层软件架构的解决方案。The general trend of network amalgamation urges library services to constant innovation. It points out the existing bias of information services. Based on basic business of the video communications, it expands library services into multi - media video services, message management, remote monitoring, the extensive- business applications, analysing its technique and advantages, programming the framework of extensive - business applications and the solution of the four - story software structure is given.
