摘　　要：随着信息化的发展,医学信息素养教育在医学教育中的作用正变得日益明显。本文以全球医学教育最基本要求(GMER)及其评价方法为出发点,针对某高校1 200多名不同职称的负责教学的教师、25 000多名不同层次的在读学生随机抽取300名进行GMER认知度问卷调查,提出在信息时代培养和提高高校师生信息素质的途径与对策。With the development of information, the role of medical information literacy education in medical education is becoming increasingly evident. In this paper, taking global medical education in the most basic requirements （GMER） and its evaluation method as a start point, according to the investigations about GMER cognition of more than 1200 teachers in charge of teaching with different professional rifles and over 25000 students in different levels, the methods and countermeasures of cultivathag and improving the information literacy of university teachers and students were put forward.
