摘  要:从抗压强度和安定性两方面测试了中温处理铁尾矿、钢渣及油页岩渣后物料的胶凝性能,利用XRD对中温处理后物料的物相组成进行了分析.实验结果表明,温度对强度的影响最大,其次是时间,添加油页岩渣的物料中温处理后的强度要较未添加油页岩渣的物料强度高;对于安定性来说,条件的改变影响不大;随着温度的升高,时间的延长,物料中游离的SiO2越来越少,C2S增多,同时铁铝酸盐及铝酸盐的峰增多增高;在添加油页岩渣的条件下,更多游离的SiO2参加反应而生成硅铝酸盐或硅酸盐,提高早期抗压强度的物相增多;在本实验条件下物料中生成的物相对安定性影响不大.The cementing performance of such wastes as iron mine tailings, steel slag and oil shale residue was tested with XRD at middle temperature in the perspective of compressive strength and stability. The analysis results of phase composition of the mixed materials after treatment at middle temperature showed that the temperature affects the strength most of all, and the time is the next one. The strength of the materials to which the oil shale residue has been added and treated at middle temperature is higher than that without such addition. And the stability changs little under changing conditions in test. With the increasing temperature and lengthened time, the number of free SiO2 molecules in materials decreases gradually with C2S molecules increasing and, meanwhile, the peak values of rail-aluminate and aluminate increase. Under the conditions that the oil shale residue is added in, the free SiO2 molecules react easier to generate silicon aluminate or silicate, thus increasing the number of those phases which improve the early compressive strength. As to the stability, it is affected slightly by the phases generated under the same testing conditions.
