摘 要:采用有机玻璃材料制成箱梁模型,通过其试验结果与MIDAS/Civil有限元分析结果的对比耦合,论述了大翼缘箱梁的畸变效应.分析畸变效应时采用了弹性地基梁法的求解思路,在求出截面畸变角后,计算畸变应力.由试验以及计算结果可知,畸变效应对大翼缘箱梁截面应力的影响尤为显著,因此,在大翼缘箱梁的设计计算中要重视畸变效应的影响.最后给出了大翼缘箱梁角点框架横向弯矩的计算公式.Widely-flanged box girders have been widely using in recent years, and it is not allowed to ignore the substress on the girder section caused by distortion effect. An organic glass model was therefore made to investigate the box girder's distortion effect experimentally, and the results were compared in coupling with the FEA results by using the software MIDAS/Civil. With the way to solve the distortion effect problem by the flexible foundation method, the distortion stress was calculated after solving the cross-section distortion angle. The experimental and calculated results both showed that the distortion effect on the widely-flanged box girder section is particularly notable. It follows that it is necessary to make much of the distortion effect in the design of widely-flanged box girders. Finally, a formula is given to calculate the horizontal moment around box frame comer.
