摘  要:通过加强原燃料管理,控制合理的煤气流分布,强化日常操作管理以及使用高风温、高顶压、低富氧,降低生铁含硅偏差,改善炉渣性能等一系列措施,济钢3#1750m3高炉在保持平均利用系数2.5t(/m3·d)的同时,综合焦比、吨铁返粉等指标不断降低,实现了高产低耗冶炼。A series of measures of high yield and low consumption were adopted in Jinan Steer' s No.3 1 750 m^3 BF, such as strengthening raw material and fuel management, controlling optimum gas flow distribution and intensifying daily operation management; using high blast temperature, high top pressure and low oxygen enrichment, decreasing the silicon content deviation in pig iron and improving slag performance. Then the average productivity was 2.5 t/(m^3·d), at the same time, the comprehensive coke ratio and return fines etc were reduced continually, realizing high yield and low consumption.
