高羊茅苗期抗旱性的生理研究

摘　　要：为了解高羊茅在干旱胁迫条件下的抗旱性情况,采用盆栽法,观测高羊茅6个品种(系)在土壤持续干旱胁迫下,相对含水量、保水率、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、细胞膜透性等生理指标,并对6个高羊茅品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:相对含水量、保水率随干旱胁迫的增加而下降,脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、细胞膜透性随干旱胁迫的增加而上升,但是高羊茅不同品种间脯氨酸含量的变化趋势不一致。综合评价6个高羊茅品种,幼苗的抗旱能力强弱顺序为:西一号(56)>翠碧A>92-100>92-108>西一号(3)>83-96。Using pot experiments with 6 Festuca arundirtacea under sustaining drought stress, five physiological indexes （ relative water content, keep water rate, free proline content, soluble sucrose content, relative permeability of cell membrane） were studied, and drought resistance were comprehensively assessed. The results showed that with the increasing of drought stress,relative water content and keep water rate decrease, but the free praline content, soluble sucrose content ,relative permeability of cell membrane increase. However, the praline content change trend is inconsistent in different tall fescue varieties. According to the results of integrated evaluation ,the order of drought resistance is Xiyihao（56 ） 〉 Traple A 〉 92-100 〉 92-108 〉 xiyihao（3 ） 〉 83-96.
