摘 要:采用GC测定方法,对哒螨酮在柑桔和土壤中残留量的检测方法进行了研究。该方法中样品经丙酮提取,氧化铝柱净化,采用ECD检测;研究结果表明:方法对标样的最小检出量为1.0×10^-12g,对桔皮、桔肉和土壤的最低检出浓度为0.01、0.005、0.002mg/kg;样品中哒螨酮的平均添加回收率为84.41%-93.08%,变异系数为1.6%~11.69%。该方法的建立为确定达螨酮在柑桔上的残留检测方法提供了科学的依据。The gas chromratographic(GC) method was used for detecting pyridaben residue on soil samples which were extracted with acetone,the extracts were purified Al2O3 column, and subjected to gas chromatography with ECD. Results indicated that minimum detectable level in standard samples was 1.0 ×10^-12g, and lowest detectable concentration in mandarin orange peels,pulp, and soil samples was 0.01,0. 005,0.002 mg/kg,respectively. The recovery rates of pyridaben were 84.41% -93.08 % ,coefficients of variation from 1.6 % - 11.69 %. The analytical method could offer certain scientific referrence for determining pyridaben residues in mandarin oranges.
