摘 要:以海南省白沙镇野生黄花美冠兰Eulophia flava作为实验材料,对不同生境的黄花美冠兰植株根部的内生真菌群落多样性及其对黄花美冠兰组培苗生长作用的研究。从丛生于甘蔗林和荒山中的黄花美冠兰植株新鲜营养根段中共分离出52株内生真菌,鉴定为17个属。丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia13.46%)和镰刀菌属(Fusarium13.46%)为优势属。共生培养表明Dijk&Eck(DE)培养基为黄花美冠兰组培苗和真菌的最佳共生培养基;角菌根菌属CeratorhizaH3、卷顶毛壳菌Chaetomium murorumH12、顶柱霉属AcrocylindriumH52、棘壳孢属PyrenochaetaH7、球毛壳菌Chaetomium globosumH43对组培苗有显著促进生长作用。The diversity of endophytie fungi in the roots of Eulophiaflava from two habitats in Baisha City of Hainan province was studied. A total of 52 fungal strains were isolated from fresh root samples of the plant growing in sugarcane forest and on mountain. The isolated strains were identified into 17 genera. Rhizoctonia (13.46 % ) and Fusarium( 13.46 % ) were the dominant genera. Dijk & Eck (DE) medium was an effective symbiotic medium. Ceratorhiza H3 ,Chaetomium murorum H12 ,Acrocylindrium H52 ,Pyrenochaeta H7 and Chaetomium globosum H43 could promote the growth of E. Flava seedling significantly.
