摘  要:对550 MPa高强冷弯薄壁型钢帽形截面搭接式连续檩条试验试件进行了ANSYS有限元模拟,并在此基础上进行了参数分析。分析结果表明:对于试验和分析的搭接构造,在一定的搭接长度范围内,增加搭接长度能提高构件的极限承载力,而超过这个范围增加搭接长度反而使构件极限承载力降低。因此,靠增加搭接长度来提高搭接式两跨连续檩条极限承载力的做法是不经济的,在搭接长度较长时,应在搭接段沿试件长度方向增加自攻螺钉,且搭接长度不宜超过0.35L。在试验试件搭接段打自攻螺钉的截面上,腹板或翼缘增加一个自攻螺钉对试件极限承载力和破坏模态的影响不大。The finite element analysis for 550MPa high strength cold-formed steel lapped continuous hat section battens has been studied in this paper, and based on that parameter analysis has been carried out. The results show that the ultimate load capacity of battens can be increased within a certain lap length by increasing the lap length, according to the constructional detail of the test and this analysis, while beyond this range the ultimate load capacity of battens will decrease with the increase of the lap length. Therefore, it is uneconomic to increase the ultimate load capacity of lapped continuous battens only by increasing the lap length. When the lap length is long, some self-drilling screws should be added on the webs of overlapping part along the lengthwise direction and the lap length should not be larger than 0.35L. Adding a self-drilling screw in the webs or flanges of the sections with self-drilling screws has little influence on the ultimate load capacity and failure mode of specimens.
