摘　　要：电信业已经成为我国社会和经济发展的基础性、先导性和战略性产业。电信业市场容量的大小关系到电信企业发展政策的制定和国家经济发展速度的快慢,是一项非常重要但又难于准确测度的指标。运用组合加权模型建立了我国电信业务量的预测模型,并对2008～2020年的电信业务量进行了预测。The telecom industry has become the foundational, precursor and strategic industry of our society and economic development. The capacity of the telecom market relates with the development policy making of the telecom enterprise and the speed of the state economy development, it is a very important, difficult and inaccurate measure index. This article utilizes the combination weighted model to establish our country telecom volume forecast model, and forecasts the telecommunication volume for 2008-2020 with the model.
