中国宏观经济内外均衡冲突及其对我国现行外贸政策反思

摘　　要：中国改革开放30年,取得了举世瞩目的经济发展成就,正确适时的外贸政策在其中发挥着巨大的作用。随着经济全球化加深,国与国之间的外向相关更加紧密,我国宏观经济也面临着前所未有的挑战——内外部均衡问题日益凸显,而鼓励出口的外贸政策无疑起了推波助澜的作用。拟在宏观经济内外失衡的大框架下,以期对我国现行外贸政策进行重新思考和定位。Chinese economic has achieved a great success since its reform and opening up in 1978,our exportoriented strategy has played a positive role for promoting our economic growth. But the trend of economic glob- alization leads all countries＇ economies to be more and more inter-dependent and interactive,our macro- economic is facing a strange challenge - internal - external disequilibrium is worsening, while the export - oriented foreign trade policy has undoubtedly add fuel to the fire. On the frame of maro- economy internal and external imbalance, this article concludes it necessary to reorient export- oriented strategy.
