摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症是一种常见而棘手的妇科疾病.从GnRHa治疗方案、抗血管生成治疗、抗侵袭治疗、抗炎及免疫治疗、芳香化酶抑制剂治疗等方面对近年来EMS药物治疗的新进展进行了概述,指出了目前众多药物治疗的局限性.Endometriosis （EMS） is a common but most troublesome gynecologic disorder, and there is an increased mobidity recently. This paper outlines the new development in EMS pharmacotherapy from the aspects of Along with the further recognition of the side effect of traditional pharmacotherapy, improvement is made by many scholars for their route regimens of treatment. Meanwhile, many new drug targets are identified and their therapeutic effect on endometriosis is evaluated . The advance in the research on pharmacotherapy of endometriosis was reviewed.
