摘　　要：中国共产党历代领导人为营造安定和谐的国内发展环境,分别做出了不懈努力和历史贡献。毛泽东提出要正确处理人民内部矛盾;邓小平强调稳定压倒一切;江泽民坚持正确处理改革、发展和稳定的关系;胡锦涛做出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重大决定。In order to construct a harmonious development environment, the CPC leaders of all periods have tried continuously and made historical contributions. Mao Ze -dong asked the Party to deal with interior contradictions of the people correctly; Deng Xian - ping emphasized that keeping stable was the most important issue; Jiang Ze - min insisted on tackling the relationship between reform, development and stability properly; Hu Jin - tao made a great decision of constructing a harmonious society.
