八乙基卟啉钯的合成和静态光学测压系统研究

摘  要:以透气性能良好的二甲基硅橡胶为基质,将溶有八乙基卟啉钯(PdOEP)的硅橡胶溶液涂于铝板上,用395nm的紫外光源照射硅橡胶涂层,在不同的压力下,观察发光强度的变化。由于空气中的氧气有猝灭PdOEP所发射的磷光,根据Stern-Volmer方程(I0/I=A+Bp/p0)即发光强度与空气中的氧分压成反比,以环境压力为参考压力p0,其相应的光强为I0,其它压力p时所测光强是I,数据显示I0/I对p/p0作图为一直线,其相应的截距A=0.22,斜率B=0.76,两者之和接近1。本文报道了PdOEP的合成和压敏涂层的制备,以及在静态下通过其发光强度测量表面压力的初步研究。Silicone with good air permeability is taken as matrix. The solution of silicone of dissolving palladium octaethylporphyrin is coated on a aluminium plate to form thin, uniform film. When pressure sensitive paint is irradiated with 395nm ultraviolet light in different pressures, change of luminescence intensity which is known to be quenched by oxygen in the air is observd. According to Stern Vilmer relationship I 0/I=A+Bp/p 0, luminescence intensity is inversely proprtional to the partial pressure of oxygen. The luminescence intensity reading at ambient pressure p 0 is taken to be I 0 and I is intesity measured at pressure p. A and B are the consants that added together equal to one. I 0/I vs p/p 0 as predicted is a nearly straight line and the intercept A and slope B are obtained to be 0.22, 0.76, respectively. In this paper, preliminary study on optical measurement pressure system in static and synthesis of Palladium Octaethylporphyrin is described.
