摘 要:目的探讨早期干预对改善新生儿高胆红素血症患儿智力发育的影响。方法采用家庭干预为基础的干预模式,参照鲍氏早期教育资料对干预组进行干预并定期随访评估、行智能测定。结果干预组1岁、2岁时智力发育指数(MDI)、运动发育指数(PDI)比常规育儿组高(P<0.05),干预组后遗症发生率为3%,常规育儿组后遗症发生率为25%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期干预可促进新生儿高胆红素血症患儿智力发育,有效地防治高胆红素血症所致的后遗症。Objective To investigate the influence of early intervention in neonate with hyperbilirubinaemia. Methods The intervention mode based on family intervention was adopted. According to Bao' s materials of early education, the intervention group was intervened and given regular follow-up evaluation and intelligence tests. Results The mental development index (MDI) and physical development index (PDI) in children who were one or two years old in intervention group were higher than those in contrast group . The morbidity of sequela was 3 % in intervention group , however it is 25 %. in contrast group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Early intervention can improve intelligence development in neonate with hyperbilirubinaemia and prevent sequela caused by hyperbilirubinaemia effectively.
