摘　　要：目的探讨月骨前脱位早期行手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析本院手足外科2004年5月至2008年6月采用切开复位内固定或月骨摘除治疗早期月骨前脱位14例的临床资料。结果14例术后未出现正中神经损伤症状或原有正中神经症状消失,恢复从事原工作后,无1例发生再脱位或月骨缺血性坏死,无1例发生关节功能受限或腕关节疼痛。根据改良的Mcbride腕关节功能评价标准:优8例,良5例,可1例,差0例,优良率92.9%。结论月骨前脱位早期手术效果肯定,且多可避免月骨切除。Objective To discuss the application value of the surgical treatment of early anterior dislocation of lunate. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 14 cases of early anterior dislocation of lunate treated with surgery in our hospital from November 2006 to June 2008. Results In all 14 cases, median nerve injury symptoms did not appear, or the original median nerve symptoms disppeared. When they restored their original works, no redislocation or avascular necrosis of the lunate happened. The patient had no limitation in motion or intermittent wrist pain. Their clinical outcomes were evaluated according to modified McBride grading system： excellent and good outcomes were achieved in 8 and 5 cases respectively, the rate of excellent and good results being 92. 9%. Condusions The effect of the surgical treatmentof early anterior dislocation of lunate are sure, and can avoid more lunate removal.
