摘　　要：目的:总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)术中胆囊床肝中静脉破裂在腹腔镜下填塞止血的临床经验。方法:回顾分析LC术中胆囊床肝中静脉损伤破裂出血9例患者的临床资料。结果:9例患者术后均未发生再出血,取得了良好的临床效果。结论:腹腔镜下填塞止血是治疗LC术中胆囊床肝中静脉破裂出血的重要方法之一,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective： To summarize the clinical experience of hemostasis with packs for rupture of venae hepaticae intermediae at gallbladder bed during laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods ： The clinical data of 9 cases with rupture and hemorrhage of venae hepaticae intermediae at gallbladder bed during LC were analyzed retrospectively. Results：No hemorrhage occurred again after operation. The clinical effect was fine. Conclusions： Hemostasis with packs is an important treatment measures for rupture of venae hepaticae intermediae at gallbladder bed during LC, and is of great clinical value.
