摘　　要：目的:探讨针式腹腔镜器械在二孔法腹腔镜手术中的应用。方法:回顾分析2007年6月至2008年12月我院采用针式腹腔镜器械施行二孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)200例患者的临床资料。结果:200例均顺利完成手术,其中3例改行三孔法LC,5例针式器械改普通5mm器械,无手术并发症发生。结论:针式腹腔镜器械行二孔法LC安全可靠,创伤更小。Objective ：To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） in two-port approach with needle apparatus. Methods ： The clinical data of two hundred patients treated by two-port LC with needle apparatus from Jun. 2007 to Dec. 2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results：All the operations were performed successfully, and three were changed to threeport LC, five changed for 5ram Trocar. No operative complications occurred. Conclusions：Two-port LC with needle apparatus is safe,reliable and minimally invasive.
