对“体教结合”战略在实施中存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料、对比分析和逻辑推理等方法,从5个方面分析"体教结合"战略在实施中存在的主要问题,即:思想认识不到位、经费不足、体育、教育"两张皮"、教练(教师)水平参差不齐和读训矛盾等.针对以上问题,从转变观念;加大投入,开源节流,积极吸引社会资金;加强体育部门与教育部门的合作;加强教练员(教师)队伍建设,做好培训、进修、奖励工作;因地制宜,重点突出,科学合理设置运动项目等5个方面提出推动"体教结合"这一宏伟工程顺利进行的对策.Based on literature research, comparative analysis and logical analysis etc, this article analyzes the major problems, such as the combination of physique and education, during its implement; that is, lack of though understanding of the strategy, lack of the fund, sports divorced from education, irregular quality of different coaches or physical education, the contradictions between teaching and training and so on. The authors offer some measures from five perspectives： changing our concept about the physical education; enlarging the investment; increasing income and cutting down expenditure; reinforcing the cooperation of physical education department; deforming the training and further studying of the coaches and teacher with awarding; placing satisfactorily and reasonably the sporting event etc.
