摘 要:采用稀释平板法从水稻根、叶、穗部分离到大量微生物,用平板对峙培养法测定其中601个菌株对稻瘟病菌的拮抗活性,其中196个菌株具有拮抗活性,占测定总菌株数的32.6%,获得2个生长快且具有显著拮抗作用的菌株B38和B4.进一步的生物测定表明:这2株菌株对作物病原菌有较广的抗菌谱;转管繁殖10代后抑菌作用未退化;发酵液在100℃,30 min条件下处理,抑菌作用未丧失;在室温(25℃)下浸种24 h对水稻种子的萌发无不良影响.菌株B38和B4显示出很好的生防应用潜力.A great many of microorganisms were separated from the roots, leaves and ears of rice plants by diluting and separating method. 601 isolates were determined for antagonism to the rice blast fungus, Magnaporthe grisea, by dual culture and detection of activities of the metabolites. Of the 601 isolates, 196 had antagonistic activity, and reached 32.6% of all determined isolates. Two isolates, B4 and B38, which had excellent antagonistic activity, were selected for further assay. The two isolates showed antagonism to many other plant pathogens; after they were transferred from tube to tube for 10 times, their antagonism to M. grisea was stable; their fermentation products treated with high temperature of 100 ℃ for 30 min were still antagonistic; rice seeds treated with each of their fermentation products at 25 ℃ for 24 h germinated as usual. B4 and B38 showed very good potential of controlling rice blast.
