摘　　要：在解析和阐释体育教师专业化发展理论基础、科学内涵的基础上,对新时期体育教师专业化发展进行探讨。认为学习是体育教师专业化发展的前提和基础,培训是体育教师专业化发展的主要途径,创新是体育教师专业化发展的灵魂和关键点,实践是体育教师专业化发展的必由之路。Based on analyzing and interpreting the theoretical foundation and scientific connotation of teachers＇ professional development, this paper explores the P. E. teachers＇ professional development in the new period. It holds that learning is the perquisite and foundation to their professional development, training is the main channel, innovation is the soul and key point, and practice is the only way to the professional development of P. E. teachers.
