新疆竞技体育发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,梳理了新疆竞技体育发展的现状,认为新疆竞技体育在观念、管理、科研等诸多方面还存在较大的不足。为进一步促进新疆竞技体育的发展,必须优化和完善运动项目布局结构,突出重点项目,加强竞技体育后备人才队伍的建设,探索合理、适宜的青少年竞赛管理制度、竞赛方法及青少年后备人才的选拔标准、激励措施,加强教练员队伍建设,建立合理的用人机制,加大科技攻关力度,提高训练的科学化水平,制定并完善有关政策和措施,使有限的人力资源得到合理的配置。This paper regards that there are deficiencies of competitive sports in Xinjiang in ideology, management and research on analyzing the state quo using literature review and logic analysis. To promote its development, it needs to optimize and perfect the layout structure of sports, highlight the key events, enforce the reserve talents construction, explore the competition management system and competition methods fit for adolescents, probe into the reserve talents selection and incentives, strengthen the building of coaches staff, set up reasonable personnel mechanism, increase the high-tech PR input, improve the scientific level of training, formulate and perfect policies and measures in this regard, allocate human resources rationally.
