摘　　要：分析汽车发动机再制造生产工艺特点,提出针对汽车发动机再制造特点的信息化处理方法:逆向物流与销售物流的集成,用状态码实现零件状态多样性描述,分别建立拆卸物单清单和再制造加工、装配的物料清单.通过把握行业特殊性信息处理方法,为汽车发动机再制造相关企业顺利实施信息管理系统提供了一种可行方案.This article analyzes the processing characteristics of automobile remanufacturing and puts forward some approaches to the management of its information system： integration of reversed and sales logistics, realization of diversity description for the part status by condition code, and making up lists respectively for take-down, processing and assembling materials. It provides a feasible solution to the implementation of information system for automobile remanufacturing enterprises.
