摘  要:在分析石灰石浆液吸收SO2化学反应过程的基础上,根据SO2,CO32-及其水解成分在不同pH值下的组成图,得到了在实际烟气脱硫过程中液膜中只发生2个反应,即SO2+HCO3-←→HSO3-+CO2,SO2+SO32-+H2O←→2HSO3-.并在此基础上根据双膜理论把液膜分成2个反应区,建立了石灰石浆液吸收SO2的物理化学模型.根据Fick第二扩散定律,分别建立了各个反应区的数学模型,确立了模型参数的求解方法.通过求解该吸收模型可以得到各反应区中各组分的浓度分布以及气液界面上SO2的吸收速率.Based on the analysis of chemical reaction of limestone slurry absorbing SO2 and phase diagrams of SO2 and CO3^2- , It was necessary to consider the pH of the absorbent liquid, pH value of the absorbent solution in the practical FGD process was usually between 5 and 6, and the CO3^2- concentration was extremely low, so two reactions in the liquid film: SO2 + HCO3^-←→HSO3^- + CO2, SO2 + SO3^2- + H2O ←→2HSO3^- took place, and the liquid film was divided into two reaction regions. An absorption model with a reaction plane based on the film model was developed, parameters of the model were determined. The calculation program of model was made by MATLAB software, and the concentration distribution of different ions in the liquid film and the SO2 absorption rate can be calculated.
