摘 要:通过产业关联分析,确定了煤炭产业链的基本类型.并且以DEA方法为基础,构造了区域产业链效率评价的一般方法,计算和比较了煤炭产业链在各省区的技术效率、规模效率和整体经济效率.结果表明,不同省区煤炭产业链效率差别较大,东部地区产业链效率高于中西部地区,产业链效率损失主要体现在技术效率上.为了提升产业链效率,提出了煤炭产业链优化的四大策略:产业链定位策略、产业链延伸策略、产业链转移策略、产业链创新策略.Through the industry linkage analysis, the three basic types of coal industry chain were brought forward. Gave the evaluation method of the industry chain efficiency based on DEA, computed and compared the technology efficiency, scale efficiency and overall economic efficiency of regional coal industry chain. The results show that the different provinces are greatly different in the coal industry chain efficiency, the eastern provinces are higher than the middle and western regions, and the losses of industry chain efficiency are mainly embodied in the technology efficiency. In order to enhance the industry chain efficiency, four optimization strategies of coal industry chain were put forward, they were the positioning strategy, extending strategy, transferring strategy and innovation strategy of industry chain.
