摘 要:国外技术发展和应用实践表明,连续管钻井技术将成为利用钻井工程技术提高油气采收率的重要手段。研究总结了连续管钻井技术的系统构成和技术特点,认为此项技术的最佳应用点是应用欠平衡工艺实施老井加深和过油管侧钻。分析归纳了连续管钻机的典型结构型式,认为连续管钻机的种类繁多,个性化特征鲜明,完全采用连续管钻井技术钻新井,钻深会受到很大限制。研究分析了连续管钻井工艺过程,提出了实施连续管钻井工程项目的基本程序,认为采用连续管钻井技术和欠平衡工艺进行老井重入加深、老井重入钻水平井和过油管侧钻将在油田增产、难动用储量开采、利用现有井筒低成本开采深部储层、提高最终采收率等方面发挥积极作用。The technological development and application abroad shows that the coiled tubing-based drilling technology will become an important means for improving oil-gas recovery factor by utilizing drilling engineering technology.This paper studies and summarizes the systematic constitution and technological features of the coiled tubing-based drilling technology,holding that the optimum point of applying the technology is the application of under-balanced operation technique to deepen the old well and perform through-tubing sidetracking.The paper analyzes and summarizes the typical structure of the coiled tubing drilling rig,concluding that there are a great variety of coiled tubing rigs,and their characteristic features vary from rig to rig,thus mere employment of the coiled tubing drilling technology on the new well will be greatly limited in terms of drilling depth.The paper analyzes and studies the process of the coiled tubing drilling technique,proposes the basic procedures for the coiled tubing drilling project,believes that adoption of the coiled tubing technology and under-balanced operation technique to perform the old well's re-entrant deepening and re-entrant horizontal drilling,together with the through-tubing sidetracking technology,will play an important role in oilfields' production growth,exploitation of hard-to-recover reserves,utilization of the wellbore available to exploit deep reservoirs at low costs and improvement of the ultimate recovery factor.
