新型杆式螺杆泵的研制与应用

摘　　要：常规管式井下采油螺杆泵现场检泵作业周期长,且作业过程中存在油管和抽油杆的损坏风险,为此而研制了新型杆式螺杆泵。该泵综合了螺杆泵与杆式柱塞泵的结构特点,起下井作业方便,可以实现快速而经济的检泵和换泵作业,作业时只需起出抽油杆柱即可,可以缩短检泵时间,避免起下油管对其的损伤,降低油田的作业成本。现场应用结果表明,新型杆式螺杆泵操作和维护简便,综合效果明显,与同规格的管式螺杆泵相比,其工作电流降低约30%,泵效提高近20%,检泵周期也延长1倍多,换泵作业时间及作业成本均降低13左右。Due to the long period of field inspection of the conventional rod screw pump and the damage risk of the tubing and sucker rod existing in the process of operation,the new rod-style screw pump was developed.The pump combines the structural features of screw pump and rod-style piston pump,facilitating convenient downhole operation and achieving fast and economical pump inspection and replacement operation.During the operation,it is enough only to trip out the rod string,thus shortening the inspection period noticeably,avoiding damage to the tubing when screwing it off,and decreasing the operation costs.The field application shows that the new pump is structurally safe and reliable,simple to operate and maintain,remarkable in comprehensive effects.Compared with the screw pumps of the same dimensions,its operating current decreases by about 30 percent,the pumping efficiency increases by nearly 20 percent,the cycle of pump inspection is lengthened by more than one time and both pump replacement time and operation costs decrease by one-third.
