摘  要:针对稠油热采层位连通的井在注汽过程中井口高温高压蒸汽刺喷造成频繁作业、停抽时间长、注汽成本高的问题,研制了一种耐高温、高压的不动管柱热采井口光杆密封装置。采用该装置不需动力设备,也不用起出油井管柱、拆装井口和移动抽油机,便可实施安全注汽,井口更换盘根时无需排空放压,同时还能起到二级盘根密封和自润滑的作用。该装置在胜利油田应用20余套,成功率100%。因作业造成的占产时间由原来的3.9 d缩短为19 m in,并大大减轻了劳动强度。Considering the problem that the frequent operation,long-time failure of pumping and high costs of steam injection caused by the sprays and thorns of high temperature and high pressure steam in the process of steam injection in connected wells,a kind of high-temperature high-pressure resistant polished rod sealing device for thermal recovery wellhead without pulling string was developed.The device effectively solves the problem of the high temperature-pressure steam sprays and thorns at the steam injection wellhead,avoids evacuation and pressure release in replacement of wellhead packing set,and at the same time has the effect of secondary packing sealing and self-lubrication,thus decreases the steam injection costs remarkably.The field application shows that the device has obvious social and economic benefits and it has a bright prospect for application.
