摘  要:针对河南油田分公司采油一厂部分油井因杆管偏磨而造成检泵周期短的问题,在井斜小于45°并且无"狗腿度"的油井上,研究了抽油杆软联接防偏磨工艺技术。通过对偏磨油井杆管偏磨力的计算分析,研究了抽油杆软联接防磨器,在软联接防磨器的作用下,可以使杆管的偏磨应力得到有效释放,从而达到延长油井检泵周期的目的。2008年在河南油田分公司采油一厂现场应用2口井,工艺成功率100%,平均单井延长检泵周期188 d,累计增油300 t,创经济效益80万元。In light of the short cycle of pump inspection caused by eccentric wear of rod and tubing in some wells,the sucker rod soft linkage eccentric wear prevention technology was studied for the oil-wells with a hole deviation of less than 45 degrees and no dogleg severity.By calculating the force of eccentric wear of the wear well's rod and tubing,the soft linkage anti-wear device for the sucker rod was studied.With the effect of the device,the eccentric wear stress of the rod and tubing can be released so as to lengthen the cycle of pump inspection.In 2008,the device was applied to two wells in No.1 Oil Production Plant of Henan Oilfiled.Its technological success rate reached 100 percent.On average,the inspection cycle for a single well was lengthened 188 days.The total growth of oil production reached 300 tons,with the commercial benefits of 0.8 million RMB.
