摘 要:采用海藻酸钙凝胶包埋固定小球藻,对人工污水进行静态模拟净化试验,研究了不同pH条件下铜对固定化小球藻去除污水中氨氮和硝酸氮能力的影响。结果表明:有铜存在时第5天,pH为4、5、6、7、8时固定化小球藻的NH3+-N的去除率相对无铜条件分别下降了4.0%、0.6%、5.9%、6.0%和4.4%,悬浮态小球藻的NH3+-N的去除率分别下降了10.9%、22.4%、15.5%、14.5%和20.2%;pH为6、7、8时固定化小球藻的NO3--N的去除率相对无铜条件分别下降了4.1%、2.8%和4.2%,但pH为4、5时固定化小球藻的NO3--N的去除率却上升了0.8%和0.2%,在pH为4、5、6、7、8时悬浮态小球藻的NO3--N的去除率相对无铜条件则分别下降了4.4%、9.2%、5.3%、10.6%和10.2%。总体而言,铜抑制了小球藻的除氮能力,尤其对悬浮态小球藻的除氮能力产生了较大的抑制性,而固定化处理在一定程度上减弱了铜对小球藻除氮能力的影响。The static simulation test for synthetic wastewater purification was carried out by using Chlorella pyrenoidosa entrapped in calcium alginate, and influence of copper at different pH on the nitrogen-removal efficiencies of immobilized Chlorella pyrenoidosa for ammonia and nitric acid-containing wastewater were also investigated. Test results showed that comparing without copper in wastewater, when copper was added,the NH3^+ - N removal of immobilized ChloreUa pyrenoidosain5 days atpH=4, 5, 6, 7, 8 was reduced 4.0%, 0.6%, 5.9%, 6.0% and 4.4% respectively, theNH3^+ - N removal of suspended Chlorella pyrenoidosa was reduced 10.9% , 22.4% , 15.5% , 14.5% , 20.2% respectively; The NO3^- - N removal of immobilized Chlorella pyrenoidosa at pH= 6, 7, 8 was reduced 4.1% , 2.8% and 4.2% respectively, but the NO3^- -N removal at pH = 4, 5 was increased 0.8% , 0.2% , the NO3^- -N removal of suspended ChloreUa pyrenoidosa was reduced 4.4% , 9.2% , 5.3% , 10.6% , 10.2% respectively. So copper has inhibited the nitrite uptake efficiency of Chlorella pyrenoidosa in free cells than the immobilized ones, and the treatment of immobilization to algae smoothed the disruption of copper.
