摘　　要：随着工业水平的发展,自动控制系统对监控系统的要求变得越来越高。监控系统直接面向试验过程,完成逻辑连锁控制、试验数据的采集和存储、实现整个试验过程的顺序控制和连续调节控制。其中数据采集和存储成为一个难点。介绍了应用iFIX软件借助OPC技术实现数据的采集,并通过VBA编程查找SQL数据库实现数据存储到EXCEL表中的实例,对实例中遇到的具体问题进行了分析和解决。首先对数据库查找条件和查找方法进行了分析;再针对实际应用中第一组采样数据丢失问题提出了解决办法并圆满解决。With the development of the industrial level, the requirements are increasing from the monitor system to the automatic control system. Monitoring system face to the experimental process directly, accomplish the control of the logical interlock, collection and storage of the test data, sequential control and continuous adjustable control. Accomplish the collection and storage of the test data is difficult. The data collection method which using the iFIX software and OPC technology was introduced, and then to store the data in the table of examples of EXCEL through VBA programming to find in the SQL database,the analysis and solution for the examples of specific problems were introduced. Firstly, the find conditions and methods were analyzed; then a solution to the first group of sampling data loss problems was researched.
