摘　　要：介绍了高强度60钢盘条的生产工艺流程,分析了60钢盘条试制中出现的问题:如产品质量不稳定、拉丝时断裂较多等。根据这些情况提出改进措施:改进脱硫工艺、炼钢工艺和连铸工艺等工艺措施。试制结果表明,该钢种试制工艺路线正确,产品性能达到要求,满足了用户生产钢丝的需要。Process of wire coil of high strength 60 steel preduetion is introduced in this paper, the problem on the trial technology of wire coil of 60 steel： such as unstable product quality,more time to fraeture when 60 steel was wiredrawing and so on are analyzed, under such conditions researchers proposed some measures of improvement： to improve the process of desulfurization, the process of steelmaking, the process of casting and so on. The results showes the trail process of 60 steel is eorreet, the performance of product can reach the requirment, the produetion of steel can meet user＇s need.
