摘　　要：文章对木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)组织培养以及从受体系统、转化方法、筛选标记等几个方面对木薯转基因育种进行了综述,并结合目前存在的问题,对未来的发展前景进行了展望。The research progress in tissue culture of Manihot esculenta Crantz was briefly introduced in this paper, and its transgenic breeding was reviewed from the following aspects such as receptor systems, transformation methods and selection markers in detail. The development strategies for improvement of tissue culture and transgenic breeding of cassava were made based on the present achievements and problems.
