摘  要:现场总线技术以其组态方便、传输迅速、抗干扰能力强及安装便捷等特点被广泛地应用于各类电气控制领域。为适应该项技术的发展,提高机电类高职学生应用现代电工技术的能力,我院课题组开发了基于CC-Link总线技术的电气实训设备和教学管理系统。本文在简述三菱公司CC-Link现场总线特点和功能的基础上,介绍了该系统的硬件构成和软件框图。实践证明,该系统能起到很好的教学和管理作用。Because the fieldbus technology has many advatages such as programing easily, transmiting fast, installing conveniently and anti-jamming, so it has been widely used in various electric control field. In order to adapt the technology development, improve the ability to use the technology of modern electric of vocational machinery and electronic students, our subject team has researched and developed training electrical equipment and teaching management system based on the CC-Link fieldbus technology. This paper simply introduces the functions and features of CC-Link fieldbus of Mitsubishi Co. at first. And the hardware and software composing of the system are presented. Practice shows that the system can play a good role in the practice training and teaching management.
