摘 要:针对引信电源在小型化结构设计中薄板制不锈钢锂亚硫酰氯储液瓶成型难的问题,提出了罐身缝焊技术在引信储备电源中的应用;设计了基于模糊PID(比例积分微分控制器)控制电流的缝焊电源,建立了模糊推理规则库;在改变系统结构的情况下,运用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对系统进行了仿真。结果表明:模糊PID与普通PID控制相比,具有鲁棒性强、动静态性能好、适应能力强等优点,可以更简单可靠地完成薄板焊接,满足可靠破瓶的使用要求。Can-body seam welding technology is applied to fuze reserve battery's miniaturization design to against the problem that it is difficult to mold liquid storage bottle of thin stainless steel plate. For this purpose, the seam welding power source base on fuzzy PID is designed and the fuzzy rule base is established. The system is simulated using Matlab/Simulink after the system structure is changed. The results show that fuzzy PID has better performance than common PIE) in robustness, dynamic response and stability, adaptability and meets the requirements of security and reliability of miniaturized fuze power supply device.
