摘  要:用60Co-γ射线辐照3个无性系及优树的种子,分别以1000rad、2000rad、3000rad和4000rad4个剂量辐照及对照处理,测定1年生油茶幼苗叶片的SOD和POD酶活性。结果表明:在1000rad辐照下,软枝2和3号油茶的幼苗叶片SOD酶活性升高,3000rad辐照的酶活性下降,软枝11号在2000rad时最高,粤15号3000rad时最高;软枝2号和3号在1000rad辐照下,POD酶活性最高,而软枝11号和粤15号POD酶活性则相反,在3000rad辐照下POD酶活性最高。Seeds of Camellia Oleifera from four families were treated by ^60Co-γ ray with a gradient of doses (1 000, 2 000, 3 000, 4 000 tad). Seeds were sowed after radiation, and superoxide dismutase and peroxidase of leaves were measured after one year growth of the seedlings. As the results showed: SOD activity in seedling leaves of 'Ruanzhi 2' and 'Ruanzhi 3' increased under 1 000 rad, decreased under 3 000 rad. 'Ruanzhi 11' was the highest under 2 000 rad, 'Yue 15' was the highest under 3 000 rad' POD activity in seedling leaves of 'Ruanzhi 2' and 'Ruanzhi 3' was the highest under 1 000 rad, 'Ruanzhi 11' and 'Yue 15' were the lowest under 3 000 rad.
